MasterPort RM 19 inch
The LSS MasterPort RM is a network node for the sophisticated lighting network. It is fully RDM compatible and supports the RDM traffic of all connected devices. RDM allows effective and easy-to-implement hardware diagnostics of connected hardware. The LSS MasterPort RM is equipped with two high performance CPUs, which process DMX and RDM signals separately. This creates a stable, high-quality DMX-signal with simultaneous RDM signal processing. Faulty signals are thus excluded.

MasterGate
The LSS MasterGate is a gateway, converter and server for data in lighting networks in theater, studio and event venues. It’s the connection between Ethernet, DMX and Profibus-DP within a data network. The MasterGate can route, merge or convert data from, in and within these network protocols. It can not only process the usual protocols of a light network, but also those of the Nexus system by Salzbrenner Stagetec®. For comprehensive device configuration and monitoring, the MasterGate supports Remote Device Management (RDM). In addition, the data streams within the light network can be monitored in real time and shown on the display. Verify functions can be activated to monitor individual events.
MasterPort 2
The LSS MasterPort 2 is the sequel of the popular LSS MasterPort, which can be found in many lighting systems in Europe. The MasterPort 2 is a node for the demanding lighting network. With it light data can be changed from Ethernet to DMX. It supports up to four DMX universes and in each Universe up to four transmitters can be HTP-merged. The Master Port supports DMX 512 and all common network protocols such as sACN and ArtNet, but also AVAB/IPX, AVAB/UDP and ShowNet.
MasterPort 2 PSU
The MasterPort 2 PSU is a node for the demanding lighting network. With it light data can be changed from Ethernet to DMX. It supports up to four DMX universes and in each Universe up to four transmitters can be HTP-merged. The Master Port 2 PSU supports DMX 512 and all common network protocols such as sACN and ArtNet, but also AVAB/IPX, AVAB/UDP, ShowNet and it is ANSI E1.20 2006 RDM-ready.
DMX Booster 1 in 12 / V2
The LSS DMX Booster 1 in 12 / V2 is a booster and distributor for DMX signals: Incoming signals are boosted and distributed to four independent outs. The Ins and all Outs are electrically isolated and have an EMC protection circuit.
The booster can be set to three modes using the RDM switch buttons. These are indicated by the RDM mode LED in colour and have the following meaning:
- Green: RDM switched on
- Red: RDM switched off
- White: Device works as transparent inline device
DMX Merger 6 in 2
The Merger 6 in 2 is a high-end device with a very high throughput rate and the lowest possible delay of DMX signals. The merging is done in step with the incoming DMX signal. This allows a maximum latency of a protocol (22.4 ms) occur only. The internal CPU operates therefore with a very fast real-time multitasking operating system.
ipMaster
Open-source firewall for theater- and studio applications
Applications:
• secure and comfortable remote management for studio technology
• universal firewall for medium-sized networks
• can be used directly with the Internet (DSL / vDSL / Cable, etc.) or behind a router to protect networks from unauthorized external access and control legitimate access
• intrusion detection, network analysis
• suitable for the highest safety requirements
Features:
• pfSense® Open source firewall distribution
• expandable via software packages
• comfortable administration via web interface
• 64bit intel Atom® Dual-Core CPU
• flexible network configuration (3x GBit LAN, optional 4th port)
• Display for important operating and monitoring functions
• serial and / or local console
Merger 2-1
The LSS Merger 2 in 1 is a component of lighting networks. Two different DMX signal can be analyzed, summarized in one and transmitted. The merger CPU in the background is a highend device with a very high workflow and the lowest possible delay time DMX signals. The merging is done in step with the incoming DMX signal, so there may be only a maximum latency of one protocol (22.4 ms). That’s the risen the internal CPU is working with a very fast real-time multitasking operating system.
PROFIBUS Repeater
The LSS PROFIBUS-DP repeaters 1 to 1 and 1 to 5 are used for coupling up to six PROFIBUS bus segments in RS 485 bus technology. The bus signals are regenerated in amplitude, signal width and slope during the pass through.
The repeater has six connection areas for the bus segments, which are separate electrical isolated. The connectors of each segment have two screw terminals to connect the bus cable including shielding, a termination switch and a yellow LED for indicating bus activity. Various operating modes can be selected via a selector switch.

DMX-RDM Booster 1 in 4
The LSS DMX-RDM Booster 1 in 4 is a booster and distributor of DMX signals on four outputs. All data connectors of the device are electrically isolated by using optocouplers for protection against electrical interference and have an EMC protection circuit. The LSS DMX-RDM Booster 1 in 4 supports RDM (according to ANSI E1.20 2010 + E1.37). In the RDM network, the booster is an in-line device with a user interface device. It always routes RDM requests from the DMX input to all DMX outputs and handles responses according to the RDM request.

DMX-Booster 1-1
The LSS DMX Booster 1 in 1 is a DMX-Y-amplifier, which can also be used as a DMX amplifier. The DMX output is isolated as the input by opto-isolators and EMC protection circuit. It has DMX signal detection and requires no additional configuration. The DMX Booster 1 in 1 can be installed quickly and easily by bolts and requires a 24V DC power supply.
DMX-Booster 1-1 modulated
The LSS DMX Booster 1 in 1 modulated is developed for the transmission of DMX512 signals in rail systems of TV studios. In a lighting network, it is a receiver of DMX signals directly behind the rail system and prepares weak signals for onward transmission in the network.
DMX-Bus driver and Merger

• two opto-insulated DMX512 inputs
• opto-insulated reinforced output DMX512
• DMX-receiving, merging and output by microcontroller
• DMX-protocol detection by signal analysis
• Dmx-output behavior adjustable via BCD switch is the same as in our Merger 6in2.

• operating voltage 24V DC
• Ready for 35mm DIN rail TS mounting
DMX-Light Signal Module
Events in the lighting network, status messages of components of the lighting installation or other information can be visually displayed with the LSS Light Signal Module. The Light Signal Module is equipped with four LEDs in the colours blue, green, yellow and red, which are arranged behind an acrylic glass cover. The LEDs illuminate diffusely through the acrylic glass cover, which prevents a scattering of the light and therefore an influence on the adjusted light situation.
Patch Panel
The LSS Patch Panel is a non-populated carrier for up to 24 Keystone modules for 19” rack systems. In the stainless steel module holder, the modules can be locked individually. To protect against dust, the contacts of RJ45 modules are overhead. The module fields are numbered on the blue powder-coated front panel.
